- prep time: 5 minutes
- cook time: 30 minutes
- total time: 35 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 16oz Coconut Milk
- 1.5 Cup Short Grain Rice
Instructions:
- Rinse your rice until the water is no longer white. This white is starch that clings to the outside of the rice grains. If it's not rinsed off, that starch will keep the rice from sticking together.
1.Put your washed rice in a medium saucepan and add your coconut milk. Stir to combine. - Bring your mixture to a boil, then immediately cover and turn to a low heat for 20 minutes.
- Fluff your rice and serve hot. Enjoy as a side or as the base for a now-upgrade rice bowl!
