This spicy noodle soup has a little bit of everything to give you a great dinner in only an hour. The roasted broccolini gives a depth of flavour and a texture that compliments the steamed dumplings and crispy tofu. It's a great way to spend the evening and with a variety of things to be made, it's a great way for a household to be able to cook together. When you're all done, this dish also make makes great leftovers(although it does get spicier)!
Overnight Instant Pot Oatmeal
My favourite time to make this meal is the night before a big ski trip. When you’re getting up and leaving at 5 am to spend all day in the cold getting some exercise, the best thing is a fresh, hot bowl of oatmeal. It keeps you going all day and all you have to do is put it in a bowl to eat it!
