Fried chicken sandwiches are arguably one of the greatest types of sandwiches ever created. They represent the perfect balance of crispy, juicy, acidic sharp, and wonderfully indulgent. There’s no reason to limit this amazing meal to just meat eaters, so we’ve come up with what is our favourite vegan Fried “Chicken” Sandwich. These oyster mushrooms are only enhanced by the amazing Korean influences that come from our preferred fried chicken sandwiches. It’s a great way to indulge yourself without compromises!

A fall and winter staple in South Korea, the Sweet Potato Latte is a great way to start your morning! Packed with nutrients, it keeps your going all day while still giving you the caffeine kick you're looking for. It's also a great way to try something new without straying too far from your morning routine. This sweet, nutty, cozy drink is begging to be enjoyed on a foggy day. And did I mention that I've never met a better hangover cure than this?
Easy Korean Bibimbap
The Korean bibimbap is traditionally a warm rice bowl topped with some eggs, vegetables, meats, and chili paste. This one is no exception! Topped with marinated steak, fried eggs, bean sprouts, gochujang, spinach and more, this recipe is the perfect way to make a inexpensive and balanced meal to keep you satisfied and going all day.
Dumpling & Broccolini Spicy Noodle Soup
This spicy noodle soup has a little bit of everything to give you a great dinner in only an hour. The roasted broccolini gives a depth of flavour and a texture that compliments the steamed dumplings and crispy tofu. It's a great way to spend the evening and with a variety of things to be made, it's a great way for a household to be able to cook together. When you're all done, this dish also make makes great leftovers(although it does get spicier)!
